What is Disciple Maker Index?
St. Margaret Mary's is on a journey know, love, and serve Christ within our parish and our greater community. Together we must embrace Christ’s vision for missionary discipleship so our parish can thrive and be a place for others to grow together in faith.
The very first step in this process involves assessing our greatest strengths and opportunities, and that is where the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) comes in! The DMI is an important survey tool that invites you to reflect on your discipleship journey here at St. Margaret Mary. The Disciple Maker Index is designed to:.
- Invite parishioners to reflect on their journey of discipleship.
- Enable parish leadership to make data-driven decisions.
- Help parishioners grow in their faith.
How Can You Participate?
TAKE THE SURVEY TODAY! We need your response to help strengthen our parish and better prepare us for the future, as we strive to grow in missionary discipleship. The 10–15-minute survey can be accessed through the link below from now to April 8th. This simple survey will ask you to reflect on your own spiritual growth and enable you to provide your perspective on our parish’s efforts to help you grow in relationship with Christ. All responses will be confidential, and the parish will only receive information about the community as a whole.
Paper surveys will also be available to pick up after Sunday Masses beginning this weekend for those who do not have the ability to complete the survey online. Here is the online survey link: https://portal.catholicleaders.org/d/xgcg5x
¿Qué es el Índice de Hacedores de Discípulos?
St. Margaret Mary's está en un viaje para conocer, amar y servir a Cristo dentro de nuestra parroquia y nuestra comunidad en general. El DMI es una herramienta de encuesta importante que lo invita a reflexionar sobre su viaje de discipulado aquí en St. Margaret Mary. El Índice de Hacedores de Discípulos está diseñado para:
Invitar a los feligreses a reflexionar sobre su viaje de discipulado.
Permitir que el liderazgo de la parroquia tome decisiones basadas en datos.
Ayudar a los feligreses a crecer en su fe.
¡RESPONDA LA ENCUESTA HOY MISMO! Se puede acceder a la encuesta de 10 a 15 minutos a través del siguiente enlace desde ahora hasta el 8 de abril. Esta sencilla encuesta le pedirá que reflexione sobre su propio crecimiento espiritual y le permitirá brindar su perspectiva sobre los esfuerzos de nuestra parroquia para ayudarlo a crecer en su relación con Cristo. Todas las respuestas serán confidenciales y la parroquia solo recibirá información sobre la comunidad en su conjunto.
